All highways and expressways in Slovenia are toll roads and require a valid vignette.

Slovenia vignettes (E-Vinjeta / Vinjeta Slovenia) cannot be purchased at checkpoints or toll stations and must be ordered online.

All cars, motorhomes, motorbikes and vans up to 3.5 tons are required to have a valid vignette to travel on any toll roads in Slovenia. The Slovenia vignette is linked directly to your vehicle’s license plate.

You don’t need to display any physical document or sticker on your vehicle. The digital registration linked to your license plate is checked automatically by cameras.
