Terms and Conditions – Euro Vignettes Limited

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of
(the “Website”) and any service or order for European road vignettes by Euro Vignettes Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). Please read this document carefully; by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable local and international laws.

1. Definitions
- “Euro Vignettes” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”: Euro Vignettes Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16801583.
- “Customer” / “You”: Individual or entity placing an order via the Website.
- “Vignette”: Official permit, electronic receipt, label, or sticker for toll road or low-emission zone usage in specified European countries, governed by official authorities.
- “Issuing Authority”: Official national or agency authority responsible for vignettes in each country.
- “Website”: www.eurovignettes.com and associated pages.
2. Service Scope
- Euro Vignettes Limited facilitates the application process for vignettes and toll passes in various European countries. Our service includes handling data entry, documentation, translation, order administration, temporary certificates, postage and customer support.
- We levy a service fee for processing orders, in addition to the official vignette cost.
- We are not affiliated with any government or issuing authority, nor acting as agents.
- Vignettes may be purchased directly from national authorities, but our service includes enhanced support and convenience.
- Euro Vignettes Limited operates solely as an intermediary service provider. We do not issue, authorise, or guarantee vignettes. All vignettes are issued exclusively by the relevant national or regional authorities. When you order a vignette or toll pass through Our website you authorise Us to purchase the relevant product from the Issuing Authority on your behalf and in your name. Our role is limited to facilitating the application process and providing administrative support. We process the payment with the Issuing Authority however we do not become responsible for the performance of the Issuing Authority.
- We reserve the right to limit the provision of our service to any geographic region, jurisdiction or person, which we will evaluate on a specific basis.
3. Order Process
- Accurate and complete vehicle information, registration details, and relevant supporting documentation must be provided by the Customer.
- Orders are submitted electronically to the proper authority. If clarification or further information is required, we may request it by email.
- Orders may be refused, cancelled, or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect information. No refund is provided where requested information is not supplied in time.
- By placing an order, you accept binding Terms of this agreement and those of the relevant issuing authority.
4. Fees & Payment
- The total payable, including official vignette cost and service fee, is displayed prior to checkout.
- Payments must be made in advance using online payment options (debit/credit card, or alternatives shown at checkout).
- A receipt and payment confirmation is sent to your registered email.
- Prices may be updated at our discretion. Changes will not affect already placed and paid orders.
- Payments once completed are generally non-refundable.
5. Delivery & Activation
- Electronic vignettes and toll passes: Registered with the relevant traffic authority. Activation and email confirmation may be immediate or may be subject to system delays. Verification email will outline details and validity.
- Physical vignettes: Delivery subject to postal service and issuing authority timeline. We are not responsible for postal delays.
- Customers must review confirmation emails and documentation for accuracy. Any errors should be reported immediately.
6. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal
- Once processing begins, all orders are custom and non-refundable (see EU Consumer Rights Directive – exemptions for personalised digital services and products immediately fulfilled).
- No right of withdrawal applies once activation is completed, as vignettes are assigned to a specific vehicle.
- Customer requested cancellations or changes are only refunded at Our discretion. Refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
- If an application is refused by the authority, only unspent fees paid to authorities will be refunded; service/administration fees remain non-refundable.
7. Amendments & Corrections
- Corrections to vehicle data or order details before activation or submission may be possible if promptly notified, although cannot be guaranteed. Once an order is submitted or activated, corrections may not be possible.
- Any amendments are at our sole discretion and subject to the processing stage of the order.
- We are not liable for any errors or omissions by the Customer when placing the order with Us, nor any errors on the part of the issuing authority.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Invalid Vignettes
- For lost, damaged, or undelivered vignettes, report promptly to support@eurovignettes.com. Replacement is not guaranteed and may require a new order; decisions depend on issuing authority policies.
- For electronic vignettes, the Customer is responsible for retention and using the confirmation received.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers assume direct responsibility for the accuracy of all provided data. Failure to comply with official rules of each country is at the Customer’s risk.
- Any penalty, fine, or official action arising from invalid or missing vignettes is solely the Customer’s responsibility.
10. Delivery Estimates and Service Interruptions
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delivery is dependent on the processing and delivery times of the Issuing Authority.
- Delays, issues, or interruptions caused by authorities, postal services, technology outages, or force majeure events are not our liability.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Euro Vignettes Limited’s total liability for any claim, damages, or loss is limited to the service and administration fees paid for the order in question.
- Euro Vignettes Limited does not accept any liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damages, including travel expenses, cancellation fees, penalties, or missed opportunities resulting from vignette issues, delays, or non-issuance.
- Euro Vignettes Limited does not accept liability for any fines, penalty notices, administrative sanctions, or similar official measures imposed on the customer as a result of using our environmental stickers or registration services. This applies in particular, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:
- The vehicle is operated within environmental zones for which the displayed sticker is insufficient or not intended.
- The sticker is incorrectly attached to the vehicle.
- The customer fails to obtain or properly affix any mandatory environmental sticker.
- The customer uses a digital sticker or test report in place of the official physical environmental sticker.
- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure they have identified the correct sticker category for their vehicle and are familiar with the regulations governing entry and operation within environmental zones. Euro Vignettes Limited cannot be held liable for any errors, penalties, or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous information provided by the customer during the order process.
- The customer acknowledges that the use of our environmental stickers and related services does not exempt them from adherence to all applicable traffic laws and environmental zone requirements. The customer remains solely accountable for the lawful use of the environmental sticker, as well as for the proper and compliant operation of their vehicle within relevant zones.
12. Prices and VAT
- All prices include VAT where required by law.
- Fees visible at order placement are final for that order.
- The order will only be accepted once payment is received.
13. Data Protection & Privacy
- Personal and vehicle information is used only to process orders and is transmitted to relevant authorities as required by law.
- Our Privacy Policy details practices regarding collection, storage, and transfer of personal data and compliance with GDPR.
- By ordering, you consent to our data handling and those of the relevant authority for the country ordered.
14. Intellectual Property
- All Website contents are property of Euro Vignettes Limited unless stated otherwise.
- No Website content or branding may be reproduced without written permission.
15. Complaints & Support

- Complaints are handled as promptly as possible (aim: 48-hour response).
- Consumers may also make use of EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) where applicable.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- For EU resident consumers, additional protection under the laws of their country may apply.
- In case of disputes, please contact support@eurovignettes.com in the first instance; escalation via ODR is available for unresolved complaints.
17. Amendments & Updates
- Euro Vignettes Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately when published.
- Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

- By placing an order, you also accept the rules, requirements, and conditions of the relevant national toll authority:

- France: Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion (Ministère de la Transition Écologique et de la Cohésion des Territoires)
- Germany: Umweltbundesamt (for emissions stickers)
- Hungary: National Toll Payment Service Provider Ltd.
- Bulgaria: National Toll Administration
- Slovenia: Družba za avtoceste v Republiki Sloveniji (DARS)
- Slovakia: Národná diaľničná spoločnosť, a.s. (National Motorway Company)
